I actually PR'd in deadlifts today surprisingly lol

They can happen when you least expect it....

Today was the opposite for me. All psyched and ready for some hard work,.... in the gym nothing worked. No pump, no nothing, and that on back day....usually never fail at back day, but yeah buddy it sucked big time today.

I hate these kind of days
 
Bit frustrating....but will be kicking it again on monday.....hell, gym is closed this sunday, maybe pick up my dumbbells at home and do some bi's and tri's.
that's what im worried about is tomorrow, im hoping I can work upper body without my hands causing issue
 
The extra day off is sweet!! Early gym closures suck however. My gym closes at 6pm on weekends. Seems a little early to me but just makes me get my butt outta bed and hit it early morning
 
So I know I'm done with the Apple Fusion but figured I'd log a few more days to see how well recovery is without it. Trained chest today fasted. Went with a low volume 10x10 routine again.

Trained bis and tris today. Felt a little sore going in but sucked it up and got some good warm ups in and did alright.

Chest by its self because I do a **** ton of sets. Bis/tris is a popular one for lots of people. Back/shoulders because a lot of back movements incorporate rear delts especially the rack pull shrugs I do and legs by themselves because that day kicks my butt lol
 
How long do you spend at the gym each time? It's recommended to keep your training sessions around an hour
