tmi?
Lol. Not that stripping I did that the other night. Gotta pay the bills. I mean after every set taking off a few plates, repeating this until I have minimal weight on the bar/machine.

Whooh what a day! I had three workouts yesterday but I kept them all at about an hr and spaced them out enough so I would have time to recoup between each one. Boxing was fun; my coach told me I had a lot of power I just need to learn the sport but I feel like once I get it down I'll be a step a head since I already have lifting experience... After boxing I did a back workout, light and all supersets. My energy level has been awesome! I didn't feel like I was dragging at all during any of my workouts. I can define feel the effects of the Pure Test. My sense of well being is great, energy level is GREAT, and strength, I feel like a bull in the gym..... Today is leg day! I'm going to kill it
Three seasons in one day? Woooo boy! I'd say the stack is working very well my friend.
I boxed in Jr high and high school and my coach hated that I lifted weights. Always said it would make me slow![]()

If you're serious about boxing, and wish to pursue it further than just an introductory period, make sure to familiarize yourself with the speedbag. Rhythm is difficult to get down the first couple of times, but fast hands come out of hours on the speedbag.Yeah the smaller guys in the class are fast. I can't touch em. I was throwing jabs none of them would connect. But the coach is a big guy. His biceps are bigger than my calves, they are huge.

If you get one, you want the wood return block and not the plastic. You also want to make sure that all hardware will screw down tightly to limit any wobbles as much as possible. The more play there is in the mount, the harder it will shake and make it increasingly difficult to stay in rhythm. Also, when trying it out, hit the bag from all angles (360°) to make sure there are no spots on the return where it's not as solid as the rest.I'm trying to find a used stand. I already have a heavy bag

Leg workout was on another level tonight. I worked out at my universities gym and I had a group of chicks just standing and watching me deadlift. I pulled 405lbs with 80lbs of chains down the middle for 4 reps. Stiff legged! This is a new PR for me. I then went right into box squats and hit 315lbs again with the chains for 6reps. I had to go light with my delts because my tendon opposite of my elbow has been killing me since my boxing class.... Today I took 2caps of Pure Test along with my Ignite2 right before my workout. This is going to be my routine now. My strength and energy were high my entire workout. I didn't wanna stop.

You're obviously not new to steroids so are the finaflex products all you're taking? Not to be harsh but I find that hard to believe lol. I know some guys will log natty products while taking steroids which really defeats the purpose of the log. Again, I'm just curious
So nice to find your dosing sweet spot. Congrats on that PR
..group of chicks, nice!
we have no doubtsAll fina brother.
we have no doubts
this is something we screen for, prior to allowing guys to run these stacks -- and the natty test-boosting stacks very specifically
sad that there is so much dubious outlook on "some of these logs" as above forum poster states, but to his credit there is some basis for doubt, if you are one of those guys who believe that "everyone does it"
in any event -- great work and consistent effort going on in here!
Thanks Snag! Gains have been amazing. I don't want to get off Ignite2 it is my favorite of the three products. This stuff is awesome. I've been using pre-workouts for 8 years now. I have only cycled off for maybe 1 yr total of those 8. And Ignite2 still gives me the tingles, pump and energy like no other pre-workout
Which tendon?I gotta go to academy sports today and try to find something for my tendon. It was killing me last night while I did pecs and tris. It doesn't bother me when I'm not working out but as soon as I start to lift it hurts.... But, a little injury isn't going to slow me downI've trained through a lot worse.
Which tendon?
I'll pick one up and give it a shot. The pain isn't bad but I want to be careful and at least put it in a brace while I workout until it feels better.Try one of those forearm braces/wraps that tennis players use. Should relieve some of the pressure.
Look up kstarr on YouTube as well. He has a lot of different mobility/stretching and rehab work that could help. Sounds like tennis elbow.
I picked up the tennis elbow brace. It helps a lot but I am still not 100%. The only lifts that irritate it are curls. So yesterday I just did light bicep work. I still went heavy on deads and power cleans. My legs are really getting vascular. I would like to add in some Expel to get rid of my water weight but I feel like I'm already on enough supps. So as an alternative I've been using my sauna suite during my workouts and I upped my water intake to flush myself out. Today I'm spending the day by the pool relaxing then I'm going up to the gym for a leg and delts workout.
Question, when you're doing biceps does it bother you with lighter weight and heavy weight? The reason I ask is I'm finding with lighter weights and really focussing on mind muscle connection 1, my joints aren't getting abused and 2, I'm actually seeing better results as opposed to just moving heavy weight. I'm just curious bud and trying to help.
Lemme know what you think
Well in that case just slow the movement down lighten the load and really focus on tut and stimulating the targeted muscle. You will still benefit Fro. This and hopefully be able to work around the issue.
Hope this helps you bud!
Why are you trying to deplete water? Especially with a possible tendon injury?

I just wrapped up a great workout! I began with 3 sets of kettle bell swings, 3 sets of shoulder presses with kettle bells and 3 sets of squats with kettle bells. This really got my heart pumping and sweat flowing. I then hit 5 leg exercises and 5 delt exercises. The pumps I'm getting are great. Tonight the pumps in my calves were almost overwhelming. They felt like rocks. After doing 6 sets of calf raised I went over to the squat rack to do standing shoulder presses and my legs were shaking for all three sets. After my lifting I still had a ton of energy so I did an hour of low intensity spinning on the recumbent bike. Tomorrow I'm planning on working out my pecs and tris at 3pm and them taking a jiujitsu class at 6pm... My tendon has felt fine all day and I didn't have any issues my entire workout so it seems like it's healing.
Great session it sounds like! I'm glad the tendon seems to be easing up. Just keep an eye on it like you're doing and work around if need be!
Diggin' these days where you lift then a short time later do a form of MMA. As far as the tendon goes, as Bean said perhaps just focus on lighter weight and keep fluids way up for the short term till you know you are out of harms way.
I'm working on the fluids now. I've drank 16oz of coconut water and 32oz of water this morning.
Did this tendon issue rear its head when you started punching things?
What is your daily water intake?
Work on your jab. I'd bet that the snapping at the end of your jab is what's causing the irritation.Yeah it did I never have had any tendon problems prior to my boxing class

I'll bet that if you're right handed, it's your left elbow that's the issue, or the other way around (left handed, right elbow issue).I was practicing my jab all night. I could feel the pain immediately while we were sparing.

The jab, albeit an effective punch, can be problematic as far as tendons go. There's a fine line when throwing it, between perfection and too far, in regards to extension. Take a little off of it and you'll stay healthier. The jab isn't a knockout punch, it's a setup punch and one that helps to gage distance. Your elbow shouldn't hurt after using it.Dave, you just solved a problem I had when I was using a heavy bag during my weight loss phase, and there after. Had horrible tennis elbow in my right.. and I'm left handed.
