The wrestling class was intense! I'm ready for the next one! Tomorrow I have brazilian jujitsu. I have to find a gi in my size tomorrow but I am anticipating its going to be even more intense than the wrestling....
 
Tonight was pecs and tris. Last minute I decided to go lighter with tons of reps to get a good pump and expand the fascia. It was killer! Aggression was off the charts. I loaded up the incline and decline press machines with a 45 on each side and five 10s on each side. I then knocked out as many reps as I could stripping a 10 from each side and repeated without rest. I did this for 4 sets on each exercise. With each rep my veins became more and more visible until every vein in my pecs and delts were popping out. Ignite2 is BY FAR the best pre-workout I have ever used! Before I forget is it necessary to cycle off Ignite2? For tris I superseted every exercise with two tricept exercises until my arms were max pumped. To think I almost took today off from the gym. I had a great workout!
 

Like any pre workout, off time is suggested.

There would be no problem using Ignite2 beyond that sixty day period of you like though. Just watch tolerance and take stim breaks as needed to keep potency the same.

any preWO product with decent amount of stims, should be cycled appropriately

Ok cool! In the past I would run a cycle of ephedra and take a break from any pre-workout. It seems like this helps even though ephedra gets me hyped up also
 
Got to the MMA gym today and the class was cancelled. Got my sauna suite on with sweats and hoodie over it. Heading over to the gym to do some abs and bis. Then tonight I'm going to hit forearms abs back.

I know! I just pick up a gi, a mouth piece, a cup and gloves. I was stocked to take the class. But oh well I just had a killer ab and bis workout. When I took off my sauna suite a pool of sweat drooped out. This back workout is going to be rough because my pecs and front delts are really sore. But I'm sure once I take a scoop of ignite2 and get the blood flowing I'll feel fine.

I did the entire rack for 3 reps on my third set which was 260lbs.. I'm back at the gym now for legs and delts.

I did have a killer leg workout. I started with box squats. After warming up I was lifting 275lbs for 5 reps. I did this for 4 sets. I then put a plate on the ground, put my heals on it and squated deep for reps with a lower weight. This got the internal fire going. I kept a great pump and sweat my entire workout! For delts I began with overhead presses then the rest of my delt workout I did circuit with machines. I felt fully recovered after waking up... Which is very nice! The best is how others are noticing my gains. I had an ex gf who saw me in the gym and commented on my increase vascularity, definition and increase in my "V Shape." It always feels good when others notice your gains. I also gave a buddy a scoop of my Ignite2. He loves it!

Sounds like a very effective session. I usually put a plate under my heels as well when going deep. And agree with Monte, only thing better than a compliment is one from an ex.

I really like to use a 2x4 when gyms have them. The powerlifting gym I used to workout at had one those feel great when you go deep!

At times I will put a slat of hardwood flooring under my heels (left over from some reno's). Find this works really well.
 
After 6 days of training It's time for a day off. I've been relaxing by the pool all day. Took an ice bath, now laying around with heating pads on. I'm ready for my pecs and tris day tomorrow.

Six days in a row... I dare say a rest is in order for sure!

Only way I'd be sitting by 'the pool' right about now, is if I slipped on the ice running, and hit hard right beside one of those salt filled slush puddles...
 
I feel you I had an ice bath today also at 55 degrees. It was freezing. I'm heading for some time in the steam room now then I'm going to take a hot epson salt bath.

I'm trying to do recovery day right :)

I take them all the time. I feel they help me recover a lot faster. I also have an inversion table and back decompressor I'm about to get on.
 
Off work today for MLK day; god I love holidays :). I'm getting ready to head to the gym for a pecs and tris workout. I'm going to do the same routine I did on my last pec day. Which is lighter weight and a ton of reps with striping and supersets. Later, if the gym is open, I'm going to take two MMA classes.

What brand do you have? I've always wore vibrams or chuck taylors
I have Adidas powerlift 2.0 and reebok crossfit lifters. I will be investing in the adipowers for my next shoe. The crossfit lifters are more versatile, but for a strictly lifting based platform, the adipowers are pretty awesome.

Sweet I'll have to check them out. I just picked up some Adidas wrestling shoes. They are really comfortable

I have Adidas powerlift 2.0 and reebok crossfit lifters. I will be investing in the adipowers for my next shoe. The crossfit lifters are more versatile, but for a strictly lifting based platform, the adipowers are pretty awesome.

I find my right foot, the sole of it is getting sore - perhaps I am in need of something like this.
 
I had a great workout today. Like I said earlier I went light with high reps. In putting on weight and still losing BF! I caught a few chicks watching me workout. My pumps and vascularity are still phenomenal. I woke up today feeling 110% refreshed. This week is going to be good. I'm going to try and hit a new PR on deads with ten 45lb plates! I'm about to head out now for 2 1/2hrs of MMA. I'll check back in later.

That was intense!! Holy ****. I only made an hour and 40mins. But I got a GREAT workout and I submitted a guy a belt above me three times while sparing. The instructor was the only guy my size but its crazy what these smaller guys can do. One guy had me in an arm bar I stood up, lifted him and slammed him. Then he submitted me lol... I had a scoop of ignite2 before and it definitely gave me the energy boost to get through the sparring.

Careful with the pump products while rolling. Some nasty cramping pumps can occur from using them.

BCAA+SAA would be a great alternative, if you encounter said cramping though.

WHOA I am pumped for the day. I couldn't sleep so I thought I would get up early for a bicep workout. Again I stripped and supersetted all of my exercises. I only had 45mins before I had to go to work. But my arms are exhausted! I am a big coffee drinker but I was rushing early this morning so I didn't have enough time to brew a pot. But this Ignite2 has me wired.

I get off at 5 then I have Muy Tai Kick Boxing at 6:30pm then I'm going to head back to the gym for a back workout.
