I took a pic once of a product I was running a long on in our kitchen next to a very colorful plate, one day my wife brings her ipad over to me with a ad on Facebook, it's that picture and she looks at me and ask "In that our kitchen" I thought it was very funny.

Thank you everyone!! Everyone's doing great a few more sleepless nights and I'll be adjusted enough the hit the weights again. Lol.
 
I am very sorry about not having my log up yet, it has proved to be more difficult to get in the gym then I thought, having two kids is more work(who would have thought). I will try my best next week to get it going and get my butt back in gear. Sorry again.
