hello, got a question on making a transdermal. if im figuring 75mg ED of tren , in the transdermal solution would i need more than this per day because of the absorption rate... example:

75mg / 40(%) x 100= 187.5 is the 187.5 the amount id have to use ED to get 75mg in my system? Im using T-gel since i have 2 bottles lying around that I didnt use PH on. am i figuring this right or dont I have to figure in absorption rate? 40% is just a number i used as im not sure about T-Gels rate. any help is appreciated...thanks!

Yes, assuming 40%, which is probably a little high. I would tend to think 30% would be more realistic. Are you cleaving the acetate ester?

im letting the ester attached, which i know will lessen the absorption rate. one other thing i thought was what if i used more solution, i mean just as an example...if i disolved 8g powder instead of say 12g would i get better absorption rate? this can get expensive real quick i think...lol. the reason i want to go transdermal is im gonna be going on a trip for a month here real soon and its easier and more convenient to do transdermal on flights like this. thanks for reply

nice tattoo btw!

Well, I remember Dr. D saying recently that the acetate ester would not slow the absorption much. However, the feedback I have seen does indicate some improvement from removing the ester. Not too mention, any time you can reduce the molecular size, you should improve absorption. Diluting will help. Lowering the concentration of solutes to solvent will help.
