Chest for the BEST!!! Really pushing for a new max on Incline
Incline bench:
135x15
225x8
315x1
345x 1/2 Off the chest easy but couldnt lock it out almost there and it was a huge jump up. But 315 is repable so I will change my numbers based on a 325lb max.
