Fenugreek Cycle

Would a fenugreek cycle require PCT, as it does increase test, which could result in an increase of estrogen on rebound. Or is the supplement simply too weak to cause such a dramatic uptick in estrogen? Any help would be appreciated.

I would not expect more than an increase in libido and positive influence on blood sugar levels and digestion at best. Is it a standardized extract?

not required, it will not rise test levels that much. There are people who takes it for cooking as a spice day to day. So you can take it every day and forget about its consequences.

Definitely not pct needed. It's not very strong in that terms. As said above people cook with it. ha

rhal22 I would suggest getting some SNS inhibit-p to run with fenugreek. also I would get standardized extract as it is going to give better results than regular fenugreek.


the inhibit-p will stop any increase in prolactin that many report from fenugreek, and for me it is a nice libido booster on it's own, and it's fairly cheap for such an effective product...good luck!!!

I read it suppress DHT, and event some OL reps mention it, saying they don t understand why it is use in a test booster. I stay away from it now

a bonus with fenugreek is it ups effectiveness of creatine. I've read creatine increases dht, up your creatine dose while using fenugreek. also fenugreek is proported to be good for keeping glucose level in check.

Inhibit P contains Vitex... I don't know many guys that have ever responded well to this herb. Interesting.

I usually just grab a bottle of muscletech alpha test at Walmart-around $20....nice libido boost and like I said usually go from 3 up to 4 grams creatine when using.

go to Walmart and pick up a bottle of muscletech alpha test...at only $20 it's worth a shot, it works well for me!!!
