Feeling like I am hungry during a workout

Anybody have any guess why sometimes during my workouts, I get the sensation that I am hungry? The thing is, I am really not that hungry. I usually have a small snack prior to my workout. And once I am done with my workout, I wouldn't say that I am starving and need to eat right away. So why is it during my intense workout, do I have my workouts effected by feeling like I am hungry?

Might be a blood sugar drop? Some low level of hypoglycemia can cause you to feel hungry.

Hmmm. Ok thanks. Now dumb question but what can I do to fix it?
I would recommend a little raw unfiltered honey and cinnamon if it's a blood sugar drop. This is also what many people do at night to keep blood sugar stable.

Also you can consider your pre workout snack. If its a high glycemic carb it might spike your blood sugar for a little while but after that tank it. So maybe another carb source pre workout can fix it as well.

Usually have an Outright bar.
