So, I have to say last night is the best workout I have had in a couple of weeks. My diet was spot on like it has been for the last couple of weeks. I took 4 caps at 11pm, right after I got after work .
It was probably placebo since it was the first dose but I felt a very good connection to the contraction particular in my lats and I was substaining a very enjoyable pump. My focus was spot on, actually great. I was very impressed with it and tried to right it off as placebo, but I'm prety sure it wasn't. At this rate I was afraid I wouldn't be able to fall asleep.
As the workout progressed, I became increasingly sweaty, and by the end of 5 sets of back I was pretty damn pooped. Recovery time was amazing between sets the effeciency of my working time increased. As the workout neared its end I slowed down. This is a first for me. It is sort of like I came down from the focus high, and had to push my self to get in 3 exercises for triceps.
Strength was stable, no increases but as I mentioned, contractions seemed better. And that's the business we are in folks, muscle contractions. Next update coming Sunday, legs.
P.S> No problems experienced in quality or duration of sleep. Went to sleep at 3am.
