What are some of your favorite trap exercises? Personally, I like DB shoulder shrugs and BB shoulder shrugs (hands behind back), but would like some more to try out. Any suggestions??
superset the first two workouts you did, and do 135 for a set of like 50 but slow and it will burn real good i like to burnout with it....try it out you might like it

Much like my workout, except I pyramid from light to heavy. I also like to throw in a failure set. Once I finish my 100 pound set I will grab lighter dumbbells and go to failure.
