Also am not ashamed I really enjoy putting on Survivors greatest hits while lifting also. RIP Jimi Jamison. I also really enjoy listening to the soundtrack for Rocky. Some great inspirational songs on that. I swear some of that stuff makes me lift heavier. Its amazing what it does for my mind.
