Favorite restaurant chain while bulking.

i go with type of restaurants that are in between normal restuaraunts and a fast food place.

for instance, these are the ones i frequent:
Fridays
Ruby Tuesdays
APPLEBEES - cant get over their dish with the melted cheese on chicken (great chicken) with mashed potaotes and tons of brocolli, de ****ing lish

wendys follows up the rear for me, a few wendys burgers and youll meet your bulking diet caloric intake and then some (and theyre so good).

My new favorite is Fazoli's. It's like $6 for spaghetti w/ marinara sauce and peppery grilled chicken. 740cals/39p/133c/3.5f. Probably not real low GI, but it's great for PWO at least. Plus unlimited breadsticks if you really wanna go crazy (although ask for the dry ones if they'll let you, not the regular ones w/ garlic butter).

KFC actually has some pretty good stuff too. A couple low fat chicken options and their rice & baked beans are nearly fat free.

Other than that, I usually have a sub sandwich(Subway, Quiznos, Blimpie) or a grilled chicken sandwich from 1 of the many fast food chains.

If you consider fast food joints restaurants then I go to Taco Bell and Jack in the Box. Not just to bulk up but all year long. I'm naturally lean.

PF CHANGS!!!!!!!!!

By far the greatest restaurant to grace mother earth. If you haven't tried it, or you have and you don't like it (which is impossible), you are no friend to me.

Mmmm... Jack-in-the-Box Jumbo-Jacks... They don't have JitB's here in CT. That was definitely my fav fast-food place.

I ate at a PF Chang's outside of Dallas about a year ago. Everyone talked it up, but I just thought it was OK. Maybe it was just the meal I happen to get (don't remember what it was).

I wish there was a Carrabba's here in CT...

A little pricey to go to on a regular basis. For economical bulking, KFC is the place to go. Get some chicken strips and mashed potatoes or beans.

Waffle House (Waffles, hash browns and chocolate pie)

Shipley (Do-nuts)

Texas Roadhouse (Steaks, fries, rolls and sweet potatoes)

Red Lobster (best biscuits, good seafood)

The Monument (All you can eat: fried oysters, raw oysters, cold boilded shrimp, shrimp scampi, fried shrimp also fried catfish)

Taquerias in Houston

I miss Texas food :sad:

Hey Chaps were in canada are you.....cause i've been there a bunch, i'm in south florida right now but sounds like your in barrie ontario.

Here is my list:

Country Buffet

Dusty

Olive Garden {all you can eat specials}

Golden Corral

Giordano's Deep Dish Pizza

Athena {Great and plentiful Greek food}

Crazy Buffet {This is the place where I had my first Sushi.}

Red Lobster {all you can eat specials}

Texas Roadhouse

Ryan's {serve steak/seafood and other stuff but they are best known for their buffets in the south}

White Castles {Damn, I miss Chicago}

Pancake House {love pancakes}

Hooters {eyecandy, food and a great bike hangout}

Cracker Barrel {good home cook meals...nice servings}

Cheesecake Factory {I always walk out with a doggy bag. I love their ribs and fries.

Now the secret to keeping it clean at buffets----> Always carry hand sanitizer in your car. They come in different sizes or you can ask the cashier/waiter/clean up person for hand wipes. Now, you can enjoy your food, without the germs. Now, I know I earn some reps for that helpful hint. ;)
