hey man i have alot of respect/love for rpn, i have lost 17 lbs on dcp and levi-r in 2 months! rpn is the ****!, when used with levi-r!

i like AST, i use their multi and it has a good profile so i would definitely say they are a good company, other than the ones you mentioned i would say nutra man, i wish they would make a multi vitamin although they are still a awesome company!
