Fats that increase test

Found this article, thought it was pretty interesting and that there were some interesting points. They introduce some things that I've never heard before such as EPA (one of the two main fatty acids found in your fish oil pill) results in lower testosterone production. They also say that conjugated linolic acid when supplemented at 6g daily increases test production. Id love to get some of your guys' feedback on the article.

ehhhh i think cla is a waste, search the forums for a thread "natural testosterone increase"
 
See that's what I've heard from people like coop too, ill have to dive into the study that he references that cla info from a little closer tomorrow.
