fatloss supplements and a bleeding nose

I have noticed that a lot of fatloss supplements give me a slightly bloody nose.

I usually don't bother with them anymore, but I got a free scivation dialene 4, so I figured I would take it before my early morning walks. It has been a very pleasant stim, nothing harsh.

Anyways, day 2 and my nose is bloody slightly. It COULD be the very cold weather, but its just not normal for me (unless I'm on a fat loss supp  ).

other supps that have done it:
drive
sesamin (man sports version)

Can an increase in PPAR cause this? Blood pressure? Any other potential mechanism?

u might have high blood pressure already because if those give you a bloody nose they're not exactly potent. not to mention sesamin is just sesamin oil and doesn't have any stims in them so it's gotta be something else giving it to u when u were taking that.

ya, thats why I'm confused.

I started to take retain (7-keto?) during the same time as sesamin, but from what I recall I stopped it and still got the bloody nose issue. I could be mistaken, it was a while back. I wasn't taking any stims at the time though.

Blood pressure is in the pre-hypertensive range. Working on bringing it down now. These supps are over 2 years though, no idea what my blood pressure was at those points in time.

Someone already beat me to the "Blood pressure" idea. Best of luck on finding out the culprit. Other ideas might be anything that thins the blood, or increases blood flow greatly, or even allergies. I get them whenever I come in contact with something I'm allergic to that's airborne, about a minute or two around someone smoking triggers one for me.

Started my girlfriend on Sesathin 3 pumps 3X daily, which may have been a bit much, IDK. Anyhow the day after she began using it she woke up with a bloody nose, anyway there is a correlation here? Certainly never heard about this side before, I knocked her back to 2 pumps 3X daily just in case. Thoughts?

seems rare, but there are some hits out there for people having a bloody nose on sesamin/vaporize/sesathin.

Do you have a history of bloody noses?
I got them a lot as a kid, and now I get them in the winter because the heat dries the air out so bad (Michigan, -10f actual temp right now :( ). I have noticed they are common when my blood sugar spikes, after I've eaten something high GI. I got one the other day after downing a gatorade.
I think in my case my blood vessels may just be a bit closer to the surface of my skin and easily irritated. Interesting if you find others with the same problem though.
