I topped high school at 215 and could squat the same as I can now, but I was fat as hell. Started dropping weight to get into the Army and continued while I was in. Didn't get super fat again till last September. Now I'm pretty much in the best shape ever though. Like living a PR lol.

I was up to 265 in hs at one point the summer before my sr football season. I was benching 290 and squatting 340. Which was decent for my football team
 
My legs are thrashed from squats yesterday, crazy how simple and effective that 5/3/1 BBB template is. I honestly don't know how great it would be for someone who super strong though. If you can squat 600 1 time, you would have to squat 300 lbs 50 times every leg day. That sounds crazy to me but just cause I'm not strong enough.

i'm stuck with that fat below the bellybutton and around the lower chest, stubborn stuff it is.

Same here - dropped almost 20lbs this year...veins popping out everywhere, except that last little bit of belly fat that just wont f@cking go away!!!!!

You can get on the website and delete all your food. but it would take one mouse click per item

For sure, just go on there click the food tab then start clicking the red circle by all your food. Seems like the fastest way. I perused the help section on the site and there was nothing about mass deleting days, weeks, or months, at a time unfortunately.

That's what I wanted, not to delete the food or a day but "mass" delete previous months (& weeks) like last winter when I eating a lot.

I'm gonna be eating this all day. So good, Chicken, broccoli, cream of broccoli soup, cheddar, breadcrumbs, white rice. 2800 calories.

Yeah... I'm @ about 2000 cals a day currently.

& it's easy to eat 200-300 extra calories a day.... Because of small snacks...

For sure, I'm hitting 3750 a day. Should be able to eat like a king while cutting.

I was eating 3500-3700 a day. Just started cutting Saturday. Down to 2500 now. It's funny when I was bulking I had to force myself to eat now that I'm cutting I'm STARVING all the time lol no happy median I guess

Finally got myself into an 8hr eating window with 1800cal. Some days are rough, like today when I wake up earlier than normal.

I'm eating like 5-6 small meals a day. Pretty much consist of grilled chicken almonds and Greek yogurt. And I'll throw like 2 protein shakes a day in. One for a snack when I'm really hungry or post w/o and one before bed. I dont know of I could
