Hey guys,

So, i've got my diet in check, eating clean and at a calorie deficit on a high protein, low carb diet. However i'm looking for that little bit of help supplement wise, to give that extra boost and to aid in those stubborn areas.

Would the following be ok to take together and how would you go about dosing them and at what intervals?

PES Forskolin-95 - Increase lean muscle mass, Decrease fat mass, Increased free testosterone, Research proven to aid body composition favorably especially alongside a fat burner.

Alphamine - Appetite suppression, Targeted fat loss for stubborn areas, Thermogenic effect, Energy boost.

Arimistane - Test boost, increase muscle hardness and definition, diuretic effect to shed water under the skin.

I am also taking MyProtein's ISO:Pro 97.

Basically i'm wondering how i would go about taking all of these and when/what times during the day would be recommended?

I would take the arimistane and the forskolin in the morning and then the alphamine pwo. That's how I would do it. Have you ran these product before?

Depending on cardio/training schedule, I would dose alphamine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I always throw in some LISS cardio first thing in the morning when using alphamine, seems to really help detail those stubborn areas.

Forskolin and Arimistane should be taken with meals, I would suggest taking them with breakfast and/or dinner to split up the dosage. This will also help to keep any GI distress from forskolin to a minimum.

I've not ran any of them before, no.

They're all pretty quality products. I personally like norcodrene and shifty by pes when i'm cutting and trying to lean out.
