I like circuit training usually once a week for fat loss i usually put it at the end of my week before 1-2 days off and one circuit i have is this.
Warmup
5-10 bike
static/dynamic stretch
foam roll
1 Min Jump Rope
DB Walking Lunge x 2 laps
Pushup Claps x Failure
Box Jumps x 8
Pullups x Failure
Single Leg Bench Jumps x 10
Physioball Rollout x 12
DB Curl to press x 12
Dips x Failure
Split leg lunge jumps x 12
I think thats what it was that i did i do all that usually with a 20 or 40 pound weight vest on.
Theres tons of different ways to make a circuit it can be something this where typically its an upper body movement followed by a lower body movement or you can alter it whichever way you see fit.
