Fat loss stack

I have about 20lbs I’d like to loose.

Can I get opinions on this stack and the best way to use it? Also if I wanted to could I add EC to this and take out trueshred to make it a stim stack? Or would I see better results from trueshred? Reason being trueshred is pretty expensive as I’d need to buy 2 bottles for 60 day supply. Could I get by with only doing 4 caps once a day on trueshred?

TRUESHRED/OR EC
IL-Invictus
IL-V11-KT

As I rep I can not comment on EC as a dietary supplement; back in the day when it was legal you could have theoretically taken all of those products together....and yes 4 caps a day of true shred would still yield nice results if that’s all you can afford atm. If training and diet are on point those supps should really kick things up a notch.

Running something similar myself

I'll echo the above and say that true shred will definitely get the job done at 4 caps. There are some logs on here as well for true shred if you want to check them out.

if I have to loose 20lbs is it still really beneficial? Or am better off with a thermo fat burner?

I would still use them (as long as funds permit) but this biggest factor will be a caloric deficit. These can definitely speed up the process in conjunction.

Most of the stim based fat burners do very little for actual fat loss. Their main benefits are in energy and appetite suppression. If you're not struggling with being hungry and you're not tired and sluggish from the diet, then theres no real need for typical fat burner- you can save that for later.

Agreed with this. Most fat burners help with the sides that a caloric deficit brings like mentioned here.

Adding invictus and VII-KT is a great choice. This are nonstim so this gives you the option of adding in a stim based product later. I would make sure your at a deficit before adding supps. This will yield the best results.
