Hey, can you guys critique my stack. I'm trying to lose about 15 lbs and improve my concentration in school. So far, these are the supplements I'm planning on taking:

PRE-WORKOUT - 7AM
25mg Ephedra Hcl + 200mg Caffeine
1g Piracetam + 1g choline
500mg L-Tyrosine
.5g ALCAR
2 pills DMAE (250mg each)
30g protein
20g dextrose

POST-WORKOUT
50g protein
1 cap fish oil from Optimum Nutrition (180mg EPA/ 120mg DHA)

BREAKFAST
1 Multi-vitamin
1 400mg Green Tea Extract
1 (or 2) Ginkgo (60mg) + 5mg Vinpo capsule
1000mg Seasathin (1/4 tsp)
2g L-Tyrosine
1g ALCAR
Strattera (non-amphetamine used to treat ADD)

LUNCH
1 pill R-ALA
1 pill Biotin
1 400mg Green Tea Extract
1g Piracetam + 1g choline
1000mg Seasathin (1/4 tsp)
1 fish oil cap

~4PM - Strattera #2

DINNER
1 pill R-ALA
1 pill Biotin
1 400mg Green Tea Extract
1 (or 2) Ginkgo (60mg) + 5mg Vinpo
1000mg Seasathin (1/4 tsp)
1 fish oil cap
2g L-Tyrosine
1g ALCAR

NIGHT

800mg ALCAR+600mg L-Theanine
B-Complex vitamin
1 fish oil cap
 
let me know how the nootropics work for you, I'm thinking about getting some also for school purposes.
