i am 19 and need to burn alil lower ab fat. I was thining about using recreate,prime, and maybe oep. I will also use creatine mono and a preworkout. I will also use fishoil,multi,cla,glutamine and lots of protein.

I guess I am failing to see the question here, but if you need any advice or have any questions - let us know!

PS: That stack has obviously incredible fat burning potential if you couple it with a solid exercise/diet regimen.

EXACTLY! I am living it right now... I want to get back the 242s... Slow and steadily...

cant you give me the exact dosage for this stack? i will just take prime 3 times a day with meals and or shakes...

There are many variables...

a. 1 OEP, 1 Recreate, twice daily.
b. 1-2 OEP AM, 1-2 Recreate PM.
c. 4-6 weeks OEP, 4-6 weeks Recreate, Repeat.

Your Prime dosing looks good.

decent? anything else you would recommend? i aint trying to waste time and money i want to get the most out of the products.

If that is the case - I would probably drop the ZMA, Arginine and maybe even the glutamine...

These ingredients, as stand alones, have never done much for me.
 
ok thanks i actually have some of the glutamine and zma left over so i was just gunna use it up. It wont hurt my stack though. What about using a product like nitrix? just to help get great vascularity? Does usp make anything for that?

P-slin or if you have it already anabolic pump + lots of carbs with your preworkout meal. P-slin is more aimed towards a higher carb in take and getting pump in your workout. P-slin plus 80-100g of healthy carb pre workout = incredible workout and pump in my experience.

Plenty of healthy carbs with Anabolic pump with gives a not only a great recomp effect but a great pump feeling, where as Nitrix imo is overrated, doesn't do as much and pretty expensive.

If you're using an any way decent multi vit, ZMA isn't needed since you'll get getting enough from the multi vit. ZMA tends to be over priced for what it is. You basically need enough zinc to support natural testosterone production.

Additional: I should mention if you can get p-slin... It's was recently in a blow out sale and has been discontinued as far as I know, but word on the street is there's a 'super-slin' on the way. That or bug USP until they bring P-slin back in bulk powder hehe. You can still get it from some places if you look about though.
 
i would love to use a product like that but i am in a college dorm room soo it is kinda of hard to base carbs and such around my schedule, plus i dont have much food in my dorm room other than protein bars and shakes....I might just go with a vpx no shotgun for preworkt pumps and vascularity?
 
Ah if you're looking for pre-workout drink, USP Jack3d. Just that healthy carbs pre-workout are great for pump, if you can get in some oats in your pre workout meal.
 
i tried jacked and didnt care for it much....i might try it again but my body didnt react to it that well.
