Fasted Training with Formutech Endurance!

Thanks! No problem, I really enjoy doing it..
Friday and Saturday I was super swamped and had to get shoulders and tris done with dumbbells at home Friday night. Actually went pretty good!
I did lateral raises, front raises, Arnold presses, and finished shoulders with push ups in an almost handstand with feet on the wall. Was drinking endurance and got an awesome pump in the delts.
Tris did 10 sets of ten diamond push-ups. Tried to get some air for the first few sets :) then dips on my stairs, one armed behind the head db extensions. Crazy pump in tris, was at home and measured my arm for the hell of it, was at 16 inches... Hoping to get there non pumped eventually.
Did legs at the gym yesterday. Only had a half hour but managed to get 5 sets of squats in, Bulgarian splits, and leg curls.

Excited for deadlifts tomorrow!!

I got 2 samples of Volatile in the mail today! Formutech's PWO. Stoked to try that before back day tomorrow.

Glad you got them. Enjoy.

Yes Thanks so much!

Volatile/Endurance combo this morning went great. Got a great tingle that lasted a half hour or so. Felt good energy considering I stayed up way too late last night

Deadlifts 135/12, 185/12, 205/10, 225/8, 225/6, 225/5
Pullups, slow and eccentric 10, 8, 7, wide cable pulldowns: 165/8, 135/9
Bent over bb row: 135/12, 155/7, 155/7, 155/6
Seated vGrip Cable Row
Shrugs
HyperExtensions

Blended a shake post workout with 1 scoop muscle milk (all in tub I had left) 1 scoop whey, 2 cups skim milk, and kale leaves blended up.

Mid morning: 1 cup oats, 1 whey shake

Lunch: I'm thinking Chik Filet: Grilled chicken sandwich and a 10 piece nuggets= 56 grams protein, 40 grams carbs, and 18 grams fat

Afternoon: 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 banana

Dinner: undecided but most likely meat and veggies

Bed time: cereal and a shake

I'm leaving out of town for the week and will be bringing my Endurance to hopefully get a few workouts in at the y out there but will mainly be decompressing a bit and coming back hard next week.

Okay, back from vacation where I had no internet. I used the week to "decompress" as much as I could anyway. I think this was much needed because I haven't taken a week off from working out in a long time. I ate what I wanted and rested a lot. I actually gained about 4 pounds and am sitting at 186, but the good news is that I measured my waist and it's still at 32 and I don't feel like I gained any fat. I did back today. Was a great workout back. Drank Endurance through teh workout and really got a strong Beta Alanine tingle which my body wasn't used to..

Chest/Bicep day. Benched 235 this morning 6 times! PR for me. The rest did me well.

Also, because I was running out of my ****ty PWO Hyper FX which sucks and I saw a crazy deal on Nutraplanet, I ordered the pwo called Albutarex which came while I was gone. The name is total cheese and the ingredients I didn't know know much about but for 9.97 I figured it has to be better than Hyper FX and I love a good deal, haha. Took my first scoop yesterday and holy ****, no frickin' joke on that stuff. If your looking for a fat burner/pwo, get that stuff whiilee they have it, you won't be dissapointed I promise.

I feel like the Endurance has been muscle sparing and has helped a lot with endurance. I would definitely use this all the time as a staple if I can budget it. There is definitely an NO factor involved because even when I take it with a pre-workout that has no NO properties, I get swelling pumps. Another way I can tell is that if I take it in the evening, I wake up in the night with frequent eractions lol.

Nice job on the PR bro! ...and the PWO score!

Well, sadly I finished my last scoop of Endurance. THANKS AGAIN Double S for giving me chance to try this product.

My final thoughts:

Taste is great. Not to strong but has a good flavor, mixed well in a shaker too.

Ingredients are awesome! It far surpasses most BCAA formulas with the addition of the, Glut, Crea, Beta.

I used this fasted most mornings and found that I think it does help with this. I felt I could crank out extra reps, the citrulline did help with pumps. So yeah it's way better than a simple bcaa blend. I did Shoulders and tris this morning. Delts were super pumped.. final pic below..

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone using a bcaa and will be using myself in the future. I am pretty much at my short term goal weight and have not lost any body fat. I definitely think this helped with that. Only thing I would suggest is in a what if world a SUPER blend was made with added added Beteine and ALCAR to the mix lol..

Delts today 185 lb roughly 10% BF, goal hit, next goal 190 and 10% BF by Feb 1st
