Right now i feel like i should maybe fast tom because i had quit a cheat meal tonight at my bros birthday dinner but i dunno if that would do anything or if i should eat my normal cutting calories.
continue to eat on par with the diet i'd say... Hormones don't work in such a simple mathematical way where a hypercaloric state can be counteracted by a hypocaloric state in a totally different time period. if it did, i'd ditch out the whole 6 meal plan and binge on Saturday while starving on Sunday.
