fast/easy 1 g of fat carmel apple

I am big on the fast and easy stuff.
Ingrediants:
sugar free "jell-o creamy carmel" (the stuff thats already made in the refrigerated section),
and a green apple.

Directions:
use 1 cup of the jell-o, and just dip the apple in it.

Just for the Jell-o its...
Fat: 1g
carbs: 13g
sugar alcohol: 7g
protein: 1g
 
The short list of instructions is refreshing. I was expecting it to be a PITA. Sounds like it'll be worth a try. :food:
