Fast Acting Acne Fix : Thyme

Just wanted to clue everyone in on something that cleared up backne in less than a week: THYME.
I haven't really ever struggled with skin issues but for the past few months had visible albeit mild breakout on my back that wouldnt go away. I tried extra L-Carnitine, lots of lufa scrubbing, less biotin and b vitamins, and cleaning up diet. Didn't really affect it. Then my girl brought home some stuff recommended to her by a friend for eczema and skin health. She sprayed it on my back and the next day there was a huge improvement. After a few days of nightly/ post shower use - its all but gone! I have kept using it so maybe its only a temporary fix, but I'm sold, and wanted to let you guys know. The actual product is Thyme-Out https://www.skinthyme.com/ but I am sure anything with the herb Thyme would be worth a try.

Something that made a huge difference for me recently, easy & cheap for you to try, is taking a 400iu Vitamin E capsule daily. That dosage is probably even overkill, but I realized I had none in my supplement regiment and wasn’t really pushing foods with it particularly. Turns out it makes a big difference in regulating oil production.

Thanks @Hyde I will up the Vitamin E to make sure I am fighting it internally as well as externally. Like you said it can help "regulating oil production" while the topical Thyme acts as antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant for the surface of the skin.
I've also been pushing the cals, weights, and my size - so I'm a sweaty beast right now.

Also, something less helpful and a bit more effort, but still ultimately useful, is changing bed sheets and your shirts more often. If you sweat a little, even if you aren’t able to take a quick shower, just switching to a fresh shirt for the next part of the day will help.
