Family history of Low T

Could a decline in testosterone be a hereditary issue? I’m 23 with low T and it’s just something that kind of quickly happened to me out of nowhere. The men in my family generally have the same issue, where low T hits them in early to mid 20’s and declines a little more than the usual man over their lifetime. Do you think hormonal decline is a person to person basis or could it be hereditary?

There can definitely be a genetic component!
