Fake on whey is that even possible!

Well , i got the 10 lbs bag on whey old label from Dubai vanilla flavor,i never saw that before it has and holographic sticker on front saying on usa origional, and lot number exp date on back in green whats shady i did open it took my first serving it doesnt taste like on vanilla it has like really poor weak taste almost unfalvored.
Any one has an idea how to make sure its legit?

It's not just you man. I've got a 10lb bag of their vanilla and it's the same as you're describing. Bought in USA and everything. I add a little cinnamon to it to add a little flavor.

I looked at the ingredients are there isn't any sucralose or aspartame or any sweeteners added to it. Either way at least it's not just your bag that's like that. For a while I thought I had a bad bag until I looked at the ingredients.

BTW, mine was the new label, not that it matters, just eliminating other possibilities.

That would be very stand-up of them. Another thing to look at with ON Whey, look at the #of servings in a tub of vanilla compared to ANY other flavor. There is anywhere from 2 to 6 more servings in the 5lb tubs and I forget at the moment the # of serving difference in the 10lb bag. But ultimately you get more servings from ON when you choose their vanilla flavor.
 
strawberyy and vanillay always had more servings than other flav, but whats shady is already had vanilla b4, and this one defintly different ;like really poor compared to the one used to also this holographic sticker gonna post pics .
checked the ingerdient didnt saw any diffrents!

Like Shakes mentioned, the cost of whey has been on the increase. So maybe to offset a price increase they reduced the amount of flavoring they added to the product, but still enough to call it vanilla. I'm interested to see if you're going to go ahead and post pics anyway.

You're ok, the whey you've got isn't fake. There was a thread on the crybaby.com forums the other day with this same issue.
 
thanks, soopa i hope! since i juss stareted an m drol pulse so i dont wanan waste my time or fail cuz of lack of protein intake!
 
My last 10# bag looked like yours, the black bag, don't remember if it had the hologram on it or not.

My newest one is in a completely different bag, Brown/reddish and green. Tastes the same as far as I can tell.

what flavor u got!
me is the vanilla one, this one is really more an after taste than vanilla taste guess i am gonna email optimum nutrition withe lot# and c what they say!
 
any one got a technique to test if its even a protein, like i dunno the way it mixes or heat it and c!
this mixes really way juss as isolate!

Vanilla Ice Cream.

I also just grabbed a 5# jug of Banana Cream. It's pretty good too.

yea i know it thats their new label!
i am really pissed off juss put an 700 $ nutraplanet order and ididn include on whey bag,since i juss got that shady bag from dubai, lower shipping fees from np! cue i live in ALGERIA " north africa", i think if i dont find out i ll juss give it to test it in lab my mom is a dr in biology i ll tell her test it in her unviversity lab!

well got an ans from optimum nutrition,they did confirm lot# , so i guess it is legit thanks god.
also they said that sum times they put the holographic sticker when they export.

Taste strawberry is very good
But no holograms
