fake lgd? shoulder injury?

Guys,
I'm on sarmsx' LGD 10mg a day on day 15 and I haven't noticed much anything, I'm progressing like I normally would but I don't feel like I'm taking anything except now, I think I have a problem with my left shoulder, it hurts when I bench or do pullups, on the top of my shoulder. I didn't lift for 3 days and I test my shoulders with bodyweight pullups and the pain seems to get worse each time. Weird, I've never injured myself lifting before, although my shoulders are a weak point.
What I'm wondering is, since I'm not noticing anything from the lgd, maybe I could stop and pretend I never took it. Or maybe I should get blood work?
There seem to be enough people saying the sarms are completely legit but unfortunately they all follow DG so I don't know what to think.
 
Getting blood work is the best way to determine where you're at. Or you could do a light PCT, seeing it's only two weeks. Either way, I would not just "pretend I never took it".

LGD took at least 2 weeks to noticeably kick in for me. Id be reluctant to write it off just yet, regardless of source, too risky.

Id agree with UncleS, youd need bloods at this stage to have an idea where you really at if you decide to ditch.
 
He thinks the product is bunk, and wants to can the cycle. Two options that I see:

1. Carry on, hope product is legit, and results ensue

2. Get bloods, if supressed then run ahead with cycle if desired, or, if not supressed and wanna dump cycle all good no pct reqd

Perhaps. But what if he's at low-normal range. What would that tell him to do? If there is no baseline to compare it to, it's pointless. Was he there before, or did he suppress to that level?

I will agree that 2 weeks isn't long enough to write it off just yet.
 
Thinking about it I guess there would be some product legitimacy to be told by the bloodwork. But that's kind of a stretch to determine if some SARM is good or not. If bloods were normal-high would you assume it is bunk? And if they were tanked would you assume it's good?
 
For sure (to your other post re baseline bloods).

Myself, Id make the call as to whether pct was warranted based on if my levels were low range or less. It would be an assumption, of course. If they were mid range or higher, I think Id flag.
 
2 weeks isn't enough time. I am on day 17 and just noticing some small stuff. I would say continue on with it. You already paid for it and took 14 days.
 
Well today will mark 17 days for me, too :) So I guess we will see if anything happens, I am so mad that I can't do some key lifts now though, that's the only reason I'd consider stop taking it...

I also wasn't sure if the lgd could cause my shoulder to hurt like that since I've never had a problem with it before

LGD shouldn't cause any injury to your body, IE shoulder. Odds are, you had some small injury that you aggravated during a heavier lift, single lift or different lift while on LGD.

Push on. you will obviously not want to do any lifts that cause pain. need to look into exercises and stretches to rehab the rotator cuff and do these at the end of your workout. a lot of good info out there on this, they are all mostly the same. at my age I have found different movements for shoulders and chest that don't cause as much pain. it sucks bro but stick it out and take the time to Exercise / Stretch your rotators every workout (about 15min.) also keep the weight down and the reps up. I know it sucks to push light to moderate weight.

Dma378 it would not be to determine if the product is bunk or not. But if his T levels are low, he could assume he was suppressed and run some PCT if he wanted to stop. It could be that he's naturally low but, absent a baseline, he would be better to err in the direction of possibly being suppressed.
 
well.. day 25 and I've been feeling extremely tired throughout the day, cannot get up in the morning, yesterday I slept after work which isn't normal. I don't have enough energy for long intense workout but I try my best, but my joints are also hurting, not normal for me either. I really wanted to do 8 weeks but now I'm not sure it's a good idea. I was going to switch to primeval caps to see if there's a difference.
Libido is Normal.
 
I was doing well in the beginning but I think it was just natural progress, now that I'm pretty drained I can't lift what I've been lifting, so if I do have the strength I certainly can't use it

My shoulder doesn't hurt as bad as it did but joints are bothering me in both arms

Can anyone tell me if I can have very high libido and be suppressed or shutdown?

day 31, really thinking about going in to pct since I can't really work out.
I'm going to take my 10mg lgd today until someone tells me what makes the most sense to do

A month in to cycle. Limited or no gains. Extremely lethargic to the point of not being able to workout. Seemingly losing strength. Sometimes it's hard to admit defeat but in the end, what's the point of being on cycle if you can't really workout? I think you know what makes the most sense for yourself.

It's quite possible you are not even taking LGD. If it were me, I'd PCT with a SERM and add in a TD Laxogenin product (may help shoulder).

To your question, yes it is possible to have a high libido while being surpressed on cycle. It's also possible that the lethargy you are experiencing is not being caused by supression but from a number of other factors. Are you taking cyce support? Is your urine darkened at all? How was your liver functioning prior to this cycle? It's hard to say what exactly is going on but what I can tell you is that the status quo is not working for you and expecting things to get better while not changing any of the variables is wishful thinking. If you choose to cycle again, I'd make sure to use a base product like Dermacrine. It will help to fight lethargy while on cycle.

It sucks that you had this negative experience but it still counts as experience. Good luck going forward.

It seems like this is making it much worse except now I am actually tired as if I didn't sleep. Perhaps I should have taken bloods. Normal boodwork has always been good, just never saw my test levels.

I wonder if I dropped the dose to 5mg it would have a better effect on me than 10mg
 
After switching to PL I have a rash on my shoulder that looks like poison ivy or something itching like crazy (LOL!) Awesome first cycle!

LGD can and will affect your HPTA, your blood pressure, your cholesterol values, as well as you liver function. To what degree it affects each area is user-dependent. Always use a quality cycle suppport when you cycle. On my last run of LGD I used CEL Cyclle Assist at half the dose.

If you can afford to get bloodwork done twice, it is a nice option and it will give you some good information aboout your current state, and your recovery. Getting it before PCT and then 6-8 weeks after PCT would be ideal. If you can only afford to get it done once, get it done 6-8 weeks after your PCT to make sure everything is where it should be.

A baseline of bloodwork is always the best bet before starting cycling. It will allow you to compare to future bloodwork if you choose to continue cycling going forward. If you normally have low energy, that is definitely something to get checked out, regardless of cycling. You may just be one of the unlucky ones that feels horrible on cycle. I'm lucky in that I don't normally feel any lethargy while on cycle. Being better prepared next time with what you learned this time will hopefully allow for a successful next cycle.

You could try dropping the dose but if you are still not taking any cycle support and not using a 'Test base', I wouldn't expect the results to be much different. If you're going to push on, I would suggest ordering some Invalid Link Removed tonight, as well as some cycle support, with a quick shipping method.

I can vouch for CEM's SERMS but if you are hurt i would rec the TB500, thats GREAT for healing and muscle. 4mg every week for 2-4 weeks then 2mg ew for a few more and asses (you can go for 3-4mo total np IMO, some go longer)

I would get blood work though at moment to see where you are with the ldg IMO
