A big thanks to Brucega and Fahrenheit Nutrition for a chance to run Endurance BCAA Plus.
I was sent 30 servings (405G) of Melon flavor and will dose it in a multitude of ways. My interest in this product was peaked by the combo but mostly the Creatinol-O-Phosphate.
Product Contains: per serving
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg
L-Leucine 3.5 g
L-Isoleucine 1.8 g
L-Valine 1.8 g
N-Acetyl-Glutamine 2.5 g
Citrulline Malate 1 g
Beta Alanine 2 g
Creatinol-O-Phosphate 1,000 mg
This is perfect timing for me since I’ve broken the sacred rule of working out, consistency, I’ve basically taken the summer off and enjoyed all the good things it has to offer. This means I’m just getting back into a routine and for anyone who’s had any time off will know what that means. This is a no hype report of the products performance, any results good/bad are my own, please take what you want from my experience and enjoy.
Day1, product had not yet arrived so I found a start up program and worked out. I have a tight schedule and lift for 30-45 min at noon time. This was followed by a night out of hot chicken wings and beer’s, probably not the best choice but fun.
Day2, a couple words, sore and more sore. Feel like I’ve been worked over by a 2x4. Anyway the Endurance BCAA Plus arrived today and I immediately tested it. First impression – YUM. The berry flavor mixed up to a color that looked like toilet bowl cleaner and had an amazing almost evervescent feel. Typical of any bcaa product with Leucine it’s one amino that is difficult if not impossible to dissolve. Mix up in a 20 oz empty G2 with cool water. After there was minimal residue at the bottom and the foam on top had dissipated nicely.i.e. it mix’s up easily. After a few min. I got the familiar BA tingles, not overpowering and actually welcomed since it took my mind off of being so sore.
Day3 (sat) Mixed up 1 scoop serving and headed to the beach with my daughter.
Sun off.
