Facial Hair growth

As the title says, looking for supplements that help with facial hair growth. Will be growing out my beard and then keeping a mustache. Any and all tips welcome. I have basics covered with multivitamin and fish oil, also recently purchased spermidine, so starting there. This isn’t super serious and just for fun but trying to bring the absolute thickest mustache possible this year.

I’m a little hesitant on Minoxidil because I’m a p*ssy and have heard horror stories of people getting it on their lips/mouth and bottoming out their BP, any recommendations on brands though? It’s cheap enough I’ll still try it.
Yeah… although the blood flow will mainly increase in the area you apply it to, there’s a minor systemic effect that might raise BP. I think it’s manageable, though. I’d give it a shot
I’d just buy whichever generic brand you find

Kirkland brand minoxidil, cheap and available on EBay from trusted sellers. Pair that with a derma-roller and you’ll be amazed.

Be patient and keep consistent for a few months. If you want to continue using while you grow out the beard use a Q-tip covered in minoxidil to apply under the hair and directly on the skin a little more easily. You’ll find the right amount to apply 2x a day, start low and when you get some irritation from application back off the amount slightly. I had no adverse sides personally. Just make sure you derma-roll after showering and wait like a half hour before applying the minoxidil.

Then once you get a good base started use a beard brush and some good beard oil. Best of luck!

I unfortunately will only have a month timeframe for beard and then I’ll be going back to work and then only the mustache stays. I’ll take before photos and will have to find my old phone to get old mustache photos to compare. Went ahead and bought the derm roller too, literally 7 bucks on amazon.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I bought minoxidil 5% and derm roller. If I don’t look like Kurt Russell from Tombstone I’m going to be pissed!

Apigenin I think helps with the growth and fullness, I've seen quite a few people post that.

I've got a pretty massive beard.

I didn’t know that, it’s in my sleep support so I have that covered too lol.

If I was using it for beard purposes, I would do a high dose of it.

I can't remember for sure, but I think it was the Api-Plex thread that some people talked about it.

I hate the itchy stages of a beard. That's why I initially didn't cut mine for awhile and now its gotten so long, I just keep saying I'm going to but hesitate bc I'll probably never have the patience to grow it out this much again.

I’ll go check out the thread. This will be my 3rd time in 11 years that I’ll be able to grow mine out, so I’m jealous. Shaving sucks.

Be careful if you have pets putting that stuff on your face. Toxic to animals.

Spermidine seems worth trying. Same with Apigenin. I'd also consider something to boost your collagen production.

Be sure to trim it every so often, that will help too.

How long before it dries and is safe around pets?

Adorable dogs!

I'm not sure. I have a dog and personally won't chance it.

Even too cautious to take it in oral form. I'm sure some comes out via sweat and oils.
Thanks! Dang I’ll have to look more into it. Not a fan of anything that can harm pets but I’m probably going to be super conservative with it and be cautious af.

Mine's long enough to where I can braid it and decorate it haha.

Which SNS product is the best bang for buck for Apigenin @sns8778 @Danksta710

Api-Plex has the highest dose per capsule.

Apigenin XT, which will be released soon, is the same as Api-Plex, just it will be under SNS. The reason being that its a great healthy aging and longevity ingredient and SNS appeals more to that customer base.

Agreed with the above. I really enjoy Api-Plex by CEL! You won't regret trying it out and then follow it with Apigenin XT when it comes out :)
