Good day ladies and gents!

What's everyone up to this weekend? Be safe and don't drink and drive!

As for myself, I'm pretty much laying low tonight. Would like to go out, but it's best if I stay in and save it for Sat. So stay home tonight, make up some good yum food, a few light beers I suppose AND watch Friday Night Fights on ESPN.

Okay, the rest of you? What kind of fun stuff are you all up to? Anything crazy, fun, exciting or just kinda lay low behave? :mischievous:
 
I'm workin, then doing legs today, stocking up on PHs from nutraplanet tonight, then going out to the bar. Sounds like a good friday to me.

That sounds like a great day to me. What do you usually drink at the bars? I always start off with some quality vodka, I prefer Goose on the rock with some olives. 2-3 of those then it's beer time! Usually stick with light beers. Coors Light and Miller Light. Sometimes the light one from Beligum, forget the name though.

Beware of the beer googles! :laugh2:
 
maybe some HIIT cardio at the track after work if it stops raining soon. Watching a movie with the wife in bed tonight and then tomorrow im taking my wife, my best friend, and her new boyfriend down to my parents house in ny for a party sat night then sunday we're all going to the bronx zoo.
