Ezekiel Cereal

I like the flax one...too much makes me poop though...

For the past few weeks I've been on a huge ezekial bread and pasta kick. I just picked up some cinnamon raisin cereal and love it. I am just wondering where it ranks on the glycemic index?

It's kind of pricey way to eat but the gains and the way I feel are worth it.

Just a comment: it's glycemic load that really counts not glycemic index, i.e. how much you eat is more important than what you eat actually. You may want to do a little reading on the concept of glycemic load if you haven't already....
