Ezekiel brand products

What is the consensus on these carb sources. They seem to be good quality carb sources. I am just wondering how they compare to the gold standard: oats.....

I use the Ezekiel bread, which is just sprouted grains. Their products are definitely good carbs sources and much easier to take on the go in replace of oats.

Have you tried the Ezekiel Cereals yet? I picked up the Ezekiel Golden Flax Seed version. Add some splenda, cinammon, and atkins zero fat milk and you are good to go

Ezekial bread is awesome toasted with some all-natural amond butter

and it's also great because it's a complete protein

where do you get this ****?
I know Whole Foods carries them. You have to look in the frozen foods section as the breads are kept frozen. Cereal obviously is not. Do a search on google, you can order online as well.
