extremely vascular

Pretty much dont know where else to. I did back to back test cycles about four months ago and have gotten veiny as f**k. When ive done cycles in the past i got vascular but it always died down during pct but not this time. I like a little vascularity but this s**t is crazy. Ive looked all over the net and heard of some ppl saying sodium manipulation but how do you do it, a s**t ton of sodium or next to none at all. At this point i wouldnt mind putting some water weight on to hide em a little bit. Any suggestions???
Ill prolly get blasted with "are you kidding me?" Or "id give my left nut to be more vascular" but hopefully someone can give some advice.
 
Get fatter ha. Seriously tho, that's the easy fix.

For me personally, low carbs and lower sodium both reduce my vascularity
 
Yea i tried, i put 10 pounds of fat on and it didnt help. Im going to try cutting sodium back but only tempoarily because i dont want to feel s****y. I try to just eat carbs post workout, will i lose my gains if i cut them out altogether? I also tried an EC stack and that didnt help much. Guess im just a road map that leads to nowhere lol

no issue with cutting carbs so long as you keep cals high enough.
 
Thanx bro ill give it a shot and see how it goes, im thinking between 30 and 35 grams of carbs is considered "low carb?"

it depends... for some, anything under like 150g is low... for keto/ultralow carbers, typically about 30g (not counting fiber) is a safe number.
 
I must admit that's a awesome problem to have haha

Yea i get that alot. Dont get me wrong, i like a some vascularity but im borderline Mark McGrath vascular. And my bf% is maybe 15% if im lucky. My pipelines are viscious lol I tried low carb/keto but that didnt do s**t.
