So I finally finished capping my YG up and I'm ready to use. This is what I've got:
Per 2 caps:
Yellow Gold-- 512 mg
Activin grapeseed-- 201 mg
Apple Polyphenols-- 202 mg
Pomegranate p40p-- 85 mg
I have 100 caps in total and will be dosing at 2-3 servings (4-6 caps) per day 20 minutes before meals with carbs. Truth be told, I don't eat very many carbs. But I tried YG a few times before capping it and in all honesty, it didn't give me any carb cravings or make me feel lethargic in any way. In fact, I'm not sure I felt much of anything. But we'll see as I continue using it. Or maybe I need to add some Cialabol to it?

Anyone interested in my workout/diet?
