I'm 25 and I'm 6,2 223 I was 257 and I have been on a really good diet but I can see that my skin on my stomach is loose . What can I do to help it come back tight ?
 
Time. Your body will have to breakdown the extra tissue. You are young, so the process will be on the quicker side.
