I have one bottle of M4ohn in my possesion. I dont have a planned cycle for it, and I dont want to buy anything else would it be possible to get benefits from this by taking it alone.

I think so. I ran m4ohn alone and got good results. I di go up to 40-60mg though towards the end. 30-40mg a day though sould be enough. I leaned/hardened up when i took it. I liked it personally.

What brand is it? Or better yet, how many caps per bottle and what dosage are the caps? If it's the standard 90 4mg caps, I don't think it would do any good for anyone. That's just a little over 1/3g of m4ohn. So, over 6 weeks that would be 8mg a day or 12mg a day for 4 weeks. I just don't know if that low of a dose would do anything by itself. jmho
