Extra caffeine for increased cortisol and Joint healing?

I know that cortisol is supposed to be the vilian for us fitness types, but in my experience, Ive made good gains in times where Ive been plenty stressed out. Im wondering if consuming a little more caffeine throughout the week for increased cortisol out put might actuall give my joints a long term advantage.
 
Its possible, but I dont think it would be enough to notice a difference for your joints. Just my opinion, could be wrong.
 
I grew up in the schoo of thought where caffeine is a toxin. then I Joined the school where the occasional pre workout was good. Now Ive with the research going in so many directions, Im gonna try adding a mornig cup of coffee to my daily regimimn and see if anything bad comes out of it.
