So I'm partially into my cycle of clen/T3/superdrol and am considering an extension to get some more fat loss before summer.
I am on week 4 of SD and am not going to mess with that part... I'm just going to stop after week 4 and use my nolva/atd PCT. I dont want to stress my liver to the extreme, plus I understand that gains pretty much stop aroung week 4 anyways.
I'm in week 3 of clen, and am currently running it at 150mcg a day. I ramped up from 20 during the first 2 weeks, and am now supplementing with 2 benadryl caps a night to refresh receptors.
This has been my first week of T3 and I have been ramping up: 25-25-25-50-50-50-75 and will continue that pattern until i reach my max of 100mcg.
I originally planned on doing 30 days total of T3 (ramping down 4 days at each step at the end of the cycle), but after reading a lot of material on how the claims that "staying on T3 will permanently damage your thyroid" are not true, I am considering adding another month or so to my cycle.
Can you please share some opinions on the effects/results of me continuing clen at 150mcg a day with 75mg benadryl at night, and 2 months total of t3 (extending the time that i am at max dose of 100mcg)?
The clen would be run for 6 weeks, then I would take 2 weeks off, then start the cycle again (2 weeks clen, 2 weeks clen + 50mg benadryl, 2 weeks clen + 75mg benadryl, 2 weeks off)
I understand the risk of losing muscle on t3 without continuing the superdrol, but I will adjust my macro intake based on how I am reacting to the products.
