Explosive work for legs???

I play OL/DL and was seeing what excerises people rec. for working on exploding out of my stance. I have just been doing leg presses (Heavy 5 reps, followed by a set of 20 light) and hamstring curls three sets of ten. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
