Expired Protein Powder

I have a tub of ON any whey. I had just foind it 2day in the back of my supp stash. I had opened it and then must have forgot about it after I moved or somthing.

Anyway.....It expired in April of this year. You guys think its stil ok to use? I tried mixing it with my oatmeal and it didn't mix that well, it was kinda gritty like..well...grits.

I'd use it...I have an expired tub of strawberry natural ON whey...doesn't taste all that great, but I think that's because it's the natural.

ON strawberry tastes like that light pink med. you got as a kid that made you want to vomit, not to be confused with the darker pink stuff you could drink by the RX bottle.

i know a website that sells their protein even after it expires at a discount price, so i would think that as long as its not like a decade old, it would be ok. on the other hand, that protein is sealed, not open like yours.
