I have an unopened container of Tamoxifen that expired in August of 2020. Its pharma, got it prescribed to me from my TRT clinic.

Is it still safe to use 2 years after the expiration date? Also, would it even have potency?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been exposed to heat/moisture/sunlight.

Anything old, I always look at, and smell.

Very rarely will something be bad (although I Have witnessed it).

Ive seen guys use dbol that was from the 70's and it still worked.

My guess is that it's fine if stored properly

It should be fine, particularly if it’s pharma quality. As long as pills are kept dry, the drop in effectiveness is usually pretty minimal for a couple years. Expiration dates for medications are typically only a concern for antibiotics or any liquid based meds.

If it was properly sealed all that time then, yes. The potency of the drug might be slightly lower but nothing noticeable. You're good to go (y)
