Expired Erase Pro - good to go?

I got an expired Erase Pro on the shelf (10/2015). Is this still fine to take, or should it be trashed?

Did it see a lot of light? Should be fine. May have lost a little potency, but generally pills stay effective long passed their expiration date. I don't have the study off hand, but there is one, I promise

I've taken erase that was over a year expired and it worked just as good as a freshly opened bottle that wasn't expired

And i understand that. But can you say whether or not any data suggests negative effects over time?
I'm not based in the US, so i'm not gonna sue you out of nowhere
