Expired by 3 months is it safe?

I just found an old stash of ph from the prebanned days that expired in January. Is it safe to take still? I would think so but looking for a more informed viewpoint. thanks

It will definitely be safe...if anything, possibly just not quite as potent Enjoy!

As long as it was stored fairly dark / cool / dry, it will be good for a long time.

trust me, it'll be fine. expired items don't go instantly bad. its just they are best before that date

not really for hormones but for other thing yes, the by products of the break down can be harmful.
