Okay, so my situation is that I have several people that want me to coach them on their diet in my area. It is not worth paying out a 600 dollar longtime investment in one of the higher certifications in nutrition, however. I'm not saying that I am Dr. Mauro D. Pasquale or anything, but I am more than competent and capable of coaching clients to their goals in this field.
The only reason I want a certification is so that I can do this legally and not lose a lawsuit because Joe Blow chokes on food or gets in a car wreck and decides to blame it on the diet and sue me. Would a health coach/ nutrition certification from expert rating cover this?
Also, besides liability waivers, what other steps should I take to cover my @$$?
