I know, but Synapsin gave you the honest answer.

It's all, sadly, about genetics. Androgen receptors density and sensitivity in the scalp, inflammation...I wish it was as simple as blood DHT.

True but there are ways to ease hair loss today even if it is genetic. Things like minoxidil and finasteride have provided people with results. So, if someone is looking to minimize hair loss, avoiding high DHT conversion could help, correct?

Speaking of natural androgens and their precursor yes, it may help. When it comes to synthetic androgens it's a different game.
Also finasteride won't help with 1-Dhea nor with Nandrolone and its precursors (with the latter, Fina can actually make things worse)

Didn't know that at all about making it worse with nandrolone. 1-DHEA is marketed as easiest on the hair line because of its conversion but I've seen people on here complain about hair loss from it. Given some of the results I've seen people get from these andros I'm not sure it is worth the potential hair loss. Real AAS is a different story though.

1-Dhea is not bad on hair IME.
Nandrolone (unlike Test) gets converted into a WEAKER metabolite in scalp and prostate, finasteride blocks this conversion.

Technically, 1-DHEA should be easy on the hair line but you never know. I'm not on finasteride. I was thinking of running this for 50 days as my first cycle:

Days 1-20: 220mgs of 1-DHEA/ 150mgs of 19nor
Days 21-50: 330mgs of 1-DHEA/ 150mgs of 19nor

I thought that would be fairly light on the hair line, however I have no test base. If I run 4-andro then I'd imagine it would be harsher. But I'd want to run it at a lower dose anyway as I'd want to keep the cycle dry. I could take some natural supplements like saw palmetto and beta-sitosterol - maybe they'd help, maybe not (never used them). I already use minoxidil, have for years and swear by it. I don't know what I'm going to do now.

Saw Palmetto is a 5alpha-reductase inhibitor, works by the same pathway of Fina, just weaker.
Beta sitosterol is directly anti-androgenic. Screw that.
Keep on using Minox, use Ketoconazole shampoo and you shouldn't experience noticeable issues.

I hope so. Never used keto shampoo but will check it out. My other thought was just to go with a light PH prop blend like Gaspari Halodrol. The upside is that it is extremely mild at 1 pill per day so the sides should be miniscule, but the downside is that it's very under dosed.

If I was to run the 1-DHEA/19nor that I had listed above, what kind of dose of 4-andro would you recommend? Like I said, I need it for a test base but I want to keep the cycle dry, so I'm wondering what the minimum amount I can get away with is? The way I see it is I'd like to start low and then just increase it if lethargy is too much. Thanks again man!
 
Putting aside BP issues if I remember correctly taking ignit3 and sup3r-1/4/epi is an issue because of the SJW, it's that true and if so is it true for all 3 of them?
Also is ignit3 an issue for LGD, GW or tr3st?

Your cycle lasts mere 7 weeks, you -may not- need a Test base to fight lethargy and/or lowered libido.
Half a dose of Sup3r-Dhea should get you covered without any risk of hair loss.

Who said it was an issue to stack them? Also ignite is not an issue with lgd, GW, or tr3st although I would use those compounds to bulk instead of cut IMO. Are you trying to preserve lean mass while cutting on cycle?

I'll have to try and find it but not too long ago somewhere on one of these threads I read that there was an issue with St John's Wort causing absorption issues for 1 andro and that it was better to use Bloodshred instead.

Yes I'm looking to do a cut that's right on the border of a recomp. And because I like to experiment I want to try something a little off the beaten path. I realize the traditional recommendation would be something like osta and Sup3r-epi.

and its a fact, dont combine st john wart and prohormnes/designers
 
So it's been a while since I've updated this log. Overall its going pretty good, I ended up getting my tr3st in so I extended my run with DT, tr3st and shr3d, have about 3 weeks left.

Currently at 16-17%. Weight I've been able to keep almost the same, currently at 237.
Strength is way up, been a long time since I've been squatting 400s and pulling 500s for a good 4-6 reps.

Eating hasn't been as good as it should be, had 5 family xmas'and 6 bday parties over the last couple months. I've also indulged in a founder's day all day ipa (or 2) at most of the parties.

Now for some comparison pics, unfortunately lighting is a little brighter in the current pics so they're a little washed out. But the nonetheless you get a sense of how things are going!

Still have to catch up to FireTitan but I'm working on it!

Nice shoulder definition bro! Its coming in hot. You pretty much cut that belly fat in half or less, legit progress. Now wrap it up tight!

Thanks, working on it, shooting for a 2pack by june. Just started some fd2 so it's in full swing by the time I'm done this run. At the end will add in some kings blood, supernova and ammo. Plus the already mentioned shr3d, assass1nate and bs raw that I'll still be running. Just wish GNO and xtyler would hurry up with finalizing the sup3r-donut I'm dying for it!
 
Have you considered intermittent fasting? It works like magic for some people (including me). I can eat the same amount of total calories and lose about 1-2lb a week just by doing IF and adding small amounts of slow cardio.

Already doing it;) plus I'm full blown keto minus those all day founder's ipas I mentioned.
 
75 ycl? I would cut back to 50 and throw in a bronkaid, jmo!!!
 
Late, but in. Some good progress so far based on those pictures. Midsection looks much tighter, and it looks like less fat on quads too but hard to see because of change in underwear.

ECY is a great fatburner, initially it skyrockets my bp, but it soon decreases to acceptable numbers----I advise keeping an eye on it....I have my own monitor, really nice investment!!!

Yep 1 do have one and monitor it almost daily. And I can usually guess pretty accurately what my reading is going to be based on "feel"
 
So for better or worse I've decided to throw in a bottle of pp red nose to finalize this run. If I can manage the hunger I'm going to try and run this cycling deficit daily any from - 500 to - 1000 every other day but will probably be more like - 250 to - 750 as I'm guessing the hunger is going to hit hard.
 
I love checking back in here with you and seeing such great changes you have been making.
