Looking for experiences with Cadar1ne in regards to fat loss.

Please share!

I also read in a few places that it can hinder output (strength)...true?

Running it now.
Into 3rd week of pct from dbol - definitely loss of strength but more i would say from getting of cycle rather than cardar1ne. Getting better in the cardio department though

Im my experience Cardar1ne was shining in 2 things:endurance and recovery. I was using 2 caps ed 14 mg and i definetly noticed an increases in both . BP also was always good while on cardar1ne.

Im also looking into running it as the potential benefits ive read about and see reported here interest me. Although im curious as to whether it will allow me to continue my keto diet without having to add some carbs. Im curious to find out whether higher fat intake will make up for the lack of carbs for it to burn for fuel

I just finished using it in PCT. Seemed to help with fat loss - as my diet got worse I maintained my cut pretty well; and recovery - DOMS is up since going off.

People talking about effects would be wise to show what dose they used. iirc fat loss is seen at the higher dosages while endurance benefits starting at the low doses.

I stayed with the medium dose (14) all the way thru. Dosed with Tribulus also (precautionary and it was cheap).

Pretty excited to start my run!

I've been really curious about cardarine and keto as well. I think it has the potential to be pretty badass.

A ppar agonist in conjuction with a statin will absolutley destroy bad cholestrol and turn it around in maybe a mnth. Great for lipids. As for endurance if u are a cardio athlete dont expect much. I my regards after a mnth and half i could go from doing 50 pushups to about 100 with no loss in brethlessness. Whilst using tren. Its not tren. Its not prop. But **** me if ur looking for something to improve ur health and wellbeing over a short period of time with ur fav support supps. (Cla. Ala. Fish oils. Statins) it will do just that. Ull probably even **** better lol. Dont knock its submissive effect. It works

On 20mg, I think 3 ish weeks in. Has not hindered strength whatsoever, actually I continue to get stronger. Have lost around 5 pounds that is almost definitely all fat. Endurance is up.

I use 10mg for 1 or 2 mnths then jump too 20mg for aslong as u like. Jumpimg syraight to 20mg gives u a blood sugar issue when u train. Makes it hard to push

Really? That's good to know.

I did not realize it would lower your blood sugar.

That sounds...perfect lol.

It's pretty dang perfect. Keep in mind I'm not ONLY on Cardarine, I have a few other things in my arsenal that I attribute my strength gains to. I'm also taking and logging Primeval Labs Epi-GH, for example. It's a combination of epiadrosterone (converts to DHT) and MK-677. I believe that it where my strength is coming from while the Cardarine incinerates my fat.

Have you ran Rad before?

I'm super curious as to the results it will produce.

I've never used RAD or Cardarine. I have used Ostarine and LGD.

I'm keeping track of body weight and lifts, but as i'm really only interested in fat loss here my strength is almost irrelevant.

How are you dosing your cardarine?

Splitting up the doses, morning or night, with food, etc.?

Used 20mg a while back. The only effect was lower blood sugar, so much that I had to eat carbs every hour or would feel like passing out and get shaky. No effect on endurance whatsoever. In fact, I think it actually went down. No effect on BP whatsoever. No change in lipids with blood work, no improvement at all. Just a waste in my opinion. Then of course there is the fact that "they" stopped researching it because of the possibility of it causing causing Cancer.

For the first week I did 20mg all at once first thing in the morning. Then started splitting the dose, 10 and 10, morning and mid afternoon, for 2 weeks. Now I'm dropping to 15 mg, 10 and 5, to see if I notice a difference, and to extend the amount of time I can run this because I love it. But I'm broke so can't afford to buy more lol.

Lol thanks man.

Have you noticed it making you flat? I read that in a few places...said it was due to it usurping glycogen.

Nah but I'm also on a healthy amount of anabolics so that's probably preventing it. That's coming to a close within the next few days though so we'll see what happens over the next few weeks.

I got a mate on this and MK....

He hasn't been that impressed!

He started on 7mg, been on 14mg for a few weeks.

No Endurance benefits
No Strength gains
Wake up sluggish
Minor fat loss(tho he is clean eating, could just be due to diet) He says max 2-3lbs loss, but weight is still up(unsure if bloated from MK)

He's thinking of bumping to 21mg, or buying a 2nd bottle and running an extra 3-4 weeks at 21mg? Thoughts?

He's only running MK at 1 cap per night.

Around 20mg seems to be the sweet spot for fat loss with GW.
I enjoy MK at 10mg nightly although I ran it at 20mg for a month just to see if I noticed anything different. Not much except another round of lethargy at the beginning. Will be going back down to 10mg in a couple days.

That's the last thing I wanted to hear hahaha.

There seems to be a large discrepancy in results.

Hard to tell if it's just a case of some people being non-responders or logs just being created by reps.

Well I can assure you I rep nothing just going purely off of my experiences and sharing them!

So far so good for me!!!

It's only been a few days but so far no sides. First day I felt really alert. I think it's helping me with my blood pressure, too, because my headaches are gone. I'm not too sure if it suppresses appetite but I didn't feel hungry at all yesterday.

Opposite for me. It makes me eat more than normal and I've been getting crazy sugar cravings which is really out of the norm for me.

People say MK makes you hold water, so he could of very well lost more fat? The scale says he's heavier tho.

He's done Ostarine for 4 weeks before, and he mentioned his energy was off the charts and noticed being leaner for sure on that!

He finds it very hard to gauge whats happening with this.

Initially with MK you will get water retention and bloat but it should pass. Try increasing potassium intake and decreasing sodium intake.

Apparently that won't help with MK 677 bloat. I personally didn't get any extra bloat and still haven't even at 30mg now.

The Cancer thing is what holds me back trying this.

Just starting running this at 14mg per day, for a duration of 45 days. Initial impression from first workout, noticed quite a remarkable difference in recovery in between sets and weights seemed just that little bit lighter.

Any update on this?

I have been running just 7mg for a few weeks for the health benefits, but am considering upping the dose to 14 mg for fat loss.

Been running it at 14mg per day 5 days per week, other than endurance and bpm stability, I can't say that I've noticed a remarkable difference in fat loss compared to usual. Hard to pin point its efficiency exactly, as I was running Clen and T2 the first two weeks I was on it and lost 1.2lbs and 2.2lbs respectively. Third week running it I didn't lose any weight, which is normal following a week of coming off of Clen, because I always retain more water, but I did lose a mm or two on the calipers on all measurement points.

With that said, I'm going to bump the dose to 21mg everyday for the final two weeks. I'll let you know how I get on.

Good to know, thanks for the info.

I've read extremely mixed reviews on its efficacy in regards to fat loss.
