Exercise bike for cardio

I am looking at buying a stationary or recumbent exercise bike for some morning cardio. Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations as far as quality and price. Not looking to spend a lot.

how about riding a real bike on rollers or outside? I used to ride the stationary bike at the gym until I noticed better results riding the real bike around
