hey guys, i am going to be doing a 60 day cycle of the fore runner labs alpha dry stack 2. I will be on a deficit during this time in order to maximize bf loss.
some stats about me
im 5'8; 21; 14-18bf; been going to the gym for about 5 years now and 2 years seriously
i will be posting before pictures this week and i will be taking pictures every 2 weeks to track my progress. Right now im trying to get into the low 10's bf wise and maybe put on about 5lbs of muscle at the same time ( might be too ambitious).
other supplements:
c4
optimum nutrition gold standard whey
creatine monohydrate and bata alenine
and fiber supplements
gonna be swinging a 500-1000 calorie deficit the whole time.
I like to think i did my research i chose this ph cause it seems to be a good begginer cycle.
If there is anything am wrong about or the things i am saying are ridiculous PLEASE tell me while im in the beggining stages, and any advice i can get would be super helpful!!!
