"For young men (<35 years old) who want to increase their testosterone levels
Take 25 mg of forskolin twice a day (i.e., 50 mg/day) for 2 weeks, then take a
6-week break. Forskolin is also part of the fat loss supplement stack, above."

How do you rate this item on the examine guide (Fitness guide)

?

I've lost a bit of interest in Examine.com over the past months.
You may have overstayed findings a little.

They state a minor increase.

In fact I expected a more exhaustive guide ... they disappointed me.

They are a good starting point, and some of the presentation is very good for an understanding of the compounds.
I always look to them, and then branch off into studies, and then do my own searches for anecdotal evidence.
Additionally, I have PM'd you.

Regards!

But forskolin has been shown to increase testosterone levels in at least one study. Granted, it did not increase testosterone to supraphysiological levels, of course, but it's still one of the only/few ingredients to have even a single study showing increased free testosterone levels at all in subjects who didn't have low-testosterone.

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at really. You ask:
Of anything listed above do you see an increase in Testosterone levels? No.
but the answer is actually yes if you do the research.
